Unsweetened and Original - all variants

Share your best brekkie smoothie recipe for a chance to win an amazing gourmet break for two with Almond Breeze almond milk

Breakfast, more often than not, ends up being the meal most people skip. No matter how much it’s drummed into us that it’s the most important meal of the day, we’re usually too rushed to make the time.

But Blue Diamond Almond Breeze® almond milk is here to help.  Almond Breeze® is a delicious low-calorie alternative to dairy milk made from California’s finest almonds.

Almond Breeze® is teaming up with the Foodies100 to challenge you to come up with an easy to make, yet incredibly scrumptious, breakfast smoothie for a chance to win a fantastic gourmet hotel stay for two people, where you’ll definitely find the time to enjoy a hearty breakfast.

You simply need to use Unsweetened Almond Breeze® almond milk to come up with an original and delicious breakfast smoothie, which is definitely worth getting out of bed for! The unsweetened variant boasts 60 per cent fewer calories than even skimmed milk, as well being low in saturated fat and a good source of calcium, making it a really healthy – and delicious – way to start the day.

There are three variants of Almond Breeze® in the range; unsweetened, original and chocolate, all of which are bursting with health benefits. Thanks to all this variety, finding an alternative to dairy milk really is a Breeze.

If you’re looking for some smoothie and breakfast recipe inspiration or simply some more information about Almond Breeze®, just head to www.almondbreeze.co.uk.

The most original and interesting smoothie recipe, as judged by Almond Breeze®, will win the fabulous prize.

Many congratulations to the winner, Supergolden Bakes with her Breakfast In a Glass Smoothie containing Almond Breeze, banana, orange, oats and other delicious breakfast goodies.   We hope you enjoy your prize!

Please note, since my original post, I have updated my Paddington Bear smoothie recipe. It now includes a banana as it feels more complete. Hope that’s OK!

So now it is: almond milk, marmalade, banana, clementine or orange juice and zest, oats.
