Higgidy Meets with Foodies100 Bloggers

One of the surest signs that winter is almost upon us is the changing family menu.

During summer, our family table is all about salads, fresh and light meals with lots of fruit and fresh flavours.

As the evenings get darker though, we inevitably start to dream of comfort food – casseroles, piles of mashed potatoes and above all, great British pies.

So you can imagine how excited we were when the lovely people at Higgidy approached us and asked if we’d like to find out more about their pies, including very special plans for Christmas! (Yes, we know it’s still too early, but — it’s a pie!)

Last week, a troop of pie-hungry Foodies100 bloggers including our own Little London Bites headed off to meet with Higgidy founder Camilla Stephens to find out more about the company and its products.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be working closely with Higgidy on the launch of a new VIP Bloggers’ Club, and the creation of a Pie Night, where we’ll be sharing tips, recipes and inspiration for family cooking during the Autumn and Winter months. Keep your eyes peeled for more details!

So You Know...

As you've likely heard and seen, there's an increasing focus on the authenticity of follower growth and engagement on social platforms across the Influencer Marketing community. The platforms themselves have taken measures to deter inauthentic activity and brands now more closely scrutinise the audiences of the influencers with whom they are partnering.

The Flea Network has implemented a system that will detect abnormal spikes in following and engagement, and flag these properties. Of course, such spikes can often be attributed to viral posts or high-profile brands that bring greater exposure to some content.

If one of your social accounts is flagged by our system without an obvious reason, we may reach out to you for assistance in understanding it. If we find any influencer has artificially inflated their audience size or engagement using paid acquisition or automated, third-party tools, we will remove them permanently from our influencer community.

Feel free to reach out to us at bloggers@fleaenterprises.com with any questions or comments.

Thank you!
