Many of us start the New Year with good intentions – to be more active, more organised and to eat better.
Eating better doesn’t mean starving yourself (or not in our book, at least) but it does mean using healthy, fresh nutritious ingredients that are packed with good things.
Why not try this breakfast smoothie for a healthier start to the morning?
- Handful of baby spinach
- Quarter of cucumber, chopped
- Half an avocado
- One kiwi fruit
- 125ml vanilla low-fat greek yoghurt
- 125ml orange juice
- Ice cubes (handful)
- Small handful of fresh mint leaves (optional)
How to Make
Mix it up in a blender, and serve!
