In the heart of London’s Museum Quarter and overlooking Kensington Gardens, the Royal Garden Hotel has established itself as a stylish haven for the whole family. Welcoming each child to the hotel with their very own back pack full of treats, the hotel constantly strives to go that extra mile for its family guests and has launched a number of bespoke offerings with this in mind.

The hotel offers a wonderful selection of dining option for the whole family to enjoy. From an authentic Chinese dining experience at Min Jiang restaurant to seasonal cuisine at the Park Terrace restaurant and Room Service department. A free milkshake or fruit smoothie is also offered to children staying at the hotel when dining in Park Terrace restaurant before 7pm (for children under the age of 11. Guests must display their children’s room key card to redeem their drink of choice when ordering from the children’s menu).
However, if you want to explore the dining options in Kensington, the hotel has also negotiated special offers at a number of local family friendly restaurants including Giraffe, Prezzo and My Old Dutch Pancake. All guests need to do to take advantage of these deals is present their children’s room key card (presented on check-in) to the restaurant on arrival.
For sweet tooth’s, the Royal Garden Hotel has created a ‘Make Your Own’ Ice cream Sundae menu. Launching in November, children dining at the hotel will be able to customise their ice cream sundaes by choosing from 10 ice creams, 10 toppings and 10 sauces to make meals a little more special for the hotels younger guests. Prices start from £6 (£6 for two scoops and £7.50 for three).
The Hotel has also recently introduced a Children’s Afternoon Tea, serving up a selection of freshly made sandwiches and delectable cakes with a fun twist; such as peanut butter jelly sandwiches, jammy dodgers and chocolate and fruit scones. Priced at £13, for children under the age of 11.
