You’ve probably heard about the amazing benefits of coconut oil – it’s easy, healthy and tasty.
But what do you actually make with it?
Help is at hand. This month, Vita Coco is challenging the UK’s bloggers to get creative in the kitchen and come up with your own original recipe using coconut oil.
We’d love to see your Vita Coco recipes, whether it’s a coconut-flavoured bake, a rich curry or a super-healthy veggie stir fry.
As an added incentive, we’re giving away some fantastic prizes for the best recipes submitted in our #SwearbyIt recipe challenge.
The author of the best recipe, as judged by Vita Coco, will receive a £500 High Street voucher, while five runners-up will each win a £100 voucher to spend how they choose.
Our favourite recipes will also be featured on the new Vita Coco Swear by It website, helping you reach lots of new readers for your fab recipe and blog!
How to Take Part
All you need to do to be in with a chance of winning is come up with an original recipe using Vita Coco Coconut Oil. You can complete the form below to request your free sample direct from Vita Coco (samples are limited).

We want you to let your imagination run wild, coming up with the most creative, delicious recipes imaginable – the only limit is that your recipe must include delicious Vita Coco Coconut Oil.

- To take part in our recipe challenge, you must share your recipe in a blog post no later than our closing date of 12th April, 2016.
- Your post should include step-by-step instructions for your recipe, along with images of the dish being prepared, and the final result!

- Once your post is live, please return to this page, and add your entry to the Linky at the bottom of this post.

Competition Rules
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Vita Coco Ltd and anyone professionally associated with the promotion. Any entries submitted by agents, third parties or those automatically generated by computer will be invalid and will not be accepted by the Promoter. No bulk entries. The competition closes at 5pm on 12th April 2016 (GMT). Your entry (images and recipe) may at some point be posted on swearbyit.com, and Vita Coco Coconut Oil social media pages (Facebook, Twitter or Instagram). Your entry may be edited for length or style, but will always be credited to you. to opt out of this please email admin@fleaenterprises.com. By entering the prize promotion, you hereby warrant that all the information submitted by you in your application is true and your own work. Entries must include an original recipe inspired by Vita Coco Coconut Oil, containing Vita Coco Coconut Oil. Entries must be submitted by means of a blog post. The entrant must include the required entry statement and Tweet a link to their entry to @foodies100 using the hashtag #Swearbyit. The prize for the best recipe is as stated in the competition post. The winner will be selected by the promoter. The prize is not transferable and cannot be substituted for a cash alternative. Entrants must accept their win within 28 days of notification, any claims not received by the promoter within this timeframe will be disqualified. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the end of the promotion, and will be contacted via the details supplied at entry. Only one entry per person is permitted. Submission of entries will not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for entries that the Promoter does not receive. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of data in transit. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged in the post or elsewhere.
