Ten tasty kebab recipes perfect for your summer barbecues! foodies100.co.uk

Firing up the barbecue is a ‘must do’ of summer, why does food taste so much better and more exciting when it’s been cooked outside? The options of what to cook are endless, be it sweet or savoury. One of my family’s favourite items to cook on the barbecue are kebabs, there is something fun about food on a stick and they can tempt even the fussiest of eaters. We have put together ten killer recipes which should fire up your imagination and make your barbecues even more tasty this summer!

Lamb kebabs with mint, a great combination and this recipe from Diary of a Sauce Pot is easy to assemble, quick to cook and easy to spice up by adjusting the herbs and spices. Mmmm, delicious.

Ooo, Andy’s Kitchen’s pork skewers with a bbq rum glaze sound amazing. The glaze is packed full of spices to give the kebabs an extra zing.

Barbecues don’t have to be all about meat and Feeding Boys & a Firefighter has made really tasty sticky mushroom, halloumi and pineapple kebabs, they look awesome and are served in flatbreads with salad and sour cream.

Another recipe using pineapple (it’s fab cooked on the bbq) is Recipes From A Pantry’s coconut encrusted pineapple and fish kebabs, served with a mango salsa. They look as good as they sound too.

Tofu is a great barbecue option for vegans as it retains it’s shape well. These sesame tofu kebabs, served in a lettuce wrap with tahini Asian slaw from Tales From The Kitchen Shed look so pretty and with the spicy marinade are packed full of flavour.

If you love beer and you love sausages, how about beer glazed sausage kebabs from Cherished By Me? Served with a bulgar wheat salad for a hearty summer meal.

Another great recipe for vegetarians is Food To Glow’s Malaysian paneer and vegetable kebab bowl. So colourful and it looks so pretty and tasty I want to dive in head first!

Prawns are made to be barbecued and so these Thai prawn kebabs from Elle Bloggs are perfect. Plus they are very quick to prepare, after all no one wants to be spending hours in the kitchen when the sun shining.

Arctic Cloudberry has two recipes for a Persian chicken and lamb bbq. Lots of herbs and spices make these kebabs super tasty and great for the whole family.

We’ve had rum, and beer and now we have cider…from Claire’s Yummy Bakes & Homemaker we have a cider soaked BBQ pork kebab served with tortillas and a bottle of cold cider!

We hope these recipes give you some new inspiration for your summer barbecues, do you have a favourite kebab recipe?

So You Know...

As you've likely heard and seen, there's an increasing focus on the authenticity of follower growth and engagement on social platforms across the Influencer Marketing community. The platforms themselves have taken measures to deter inauthentic activity and brands now more closely scrutinise the audiences of the influencers with whom they are partnering.

The Flea Network has implemented a system that will detect abnormal spikes in following and engagement, and flag these properties. Of course, such spikes can often be attributed to viral posts or high-profile brands that bring greater exposure to some content.

If one of your social accounts is flagged by our system without an obvious reason, we may reach out to you for assistance in understanding it. If we find any influencer has artificially inflated their audience size or engagement using paid acquisition or automated, third-party tools, we will remove them permanently from our influencer community.

Feel free to reach out to us at bloggers@fleaenterprises.com with any questions or comments.

Thank you!
