Happy New Year, we hope you all had a wonderful Christmas!
We are well and truly into 2017 now and a new year is often synonymous with goals and new habits but hands up who still has enough chocolate in the house to last until Easter? Our motto though- everything in moderation is the way to go. But we thought we would share our favourite fresh and minty green smoothie recipe which is packed full of vitamins, perfect for getting you through this cold laden season.

Mint Green Smoothie Recipe
- 2 sticks celery
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 apple, cored and de-seeded
- 1 lemon, peeled
- Big handful spinach
- Small handful fresh mint
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth
- Pour into a glass as it is or strain to remove pulp
