Starting this week with a gluten-free recipe. Ruth from Craft With Cartwright shared her recipe for gluten-free bread.
Vicki from Free From Fairy also a fab little gluten-free bread recipe. Her recipe is for a wholegrain version.
Fab Food 4 All’s Camilla’s tip is around soda bread. She says it doesn’t have to be made with buttermilk, she often uses beer or cider in hers. She’s shared her fab recipe for easy cheesy jalapeno soda bread. Yum!
Suzy from Sudden Lunch has shared her recipe for homemade sourdough bread. She says this bread is chewy tasty and has a lovely crunchy crust.
If you are looking for soft burger buns without the milk Choclette from Tin and Thyme has the perfect spelt burger bun recipe. It’s ideal for vegans.
These wholewheat cobs from Tinned Tomatoes’ Jacqueline look absolutely delicious.
I like the sound of Lucy from Baking Queen 74’s recipe. It’s a no-knead bread which is made in the slow cooker. Lucy says it only takes minutes to knock it together.
Jenny from Apply To Face Blog makes this beauty every Saturday. Her recipe for a wholemeal loaf makes her house go silent at lunchtime. Sounds like a winner eh?
Craig from The Usual Saucepans also says he goes for a no-knead option. Here’s his take on a no-knead recipe.
And we finish up today’s bread based round up with Katherine from Veggie Dessert’s recipe for naan and flatbreads. Her recipe takes 15 minutes and just four ingredients. You can’t get much simpler.
