Healthy Eating Week runs from 10th – 14th June so I thought it would be good to pull together some great tips and recipes from our foodie bloggers on this topic.

Starting with our tips first. Jane over at Hungry City Hippy has a great post about healthy food swaps. So it’s well worth popping over for a read.
Kate from Refined Prose says her top tip is to never go food shopping when you’re hungry!
Helen at Fuss Free Flavours has a great tip on her blog. She says that you should eat a generous portion of (raw) vegetables with every meal whenever you can.
Camilla over at Fab Food 4 All says there are no bad natural foods, just bad diets.
Becky at Eat Simply has a great piece showing 5 healthier habits that are easy to adopt. Number one being to cut down on sugar.

And on to our healthy eating recipes. We kick off our recipes with Anubhav over at From Bowl to Soul. Her recipe for Almond Coconut bites looks almost too good to be true.
Tastefully Vikkie’s Vikkie says her recipe for Chilli Con Carne is one of their favourites. It’s done in a slow cooker, so is perfect for a week night meal.
The Slimming Foodie, Pippa has suggested her dish for Oven-baked Chicken Cacciatore. I bet the chicken just melts in your mouth.
Michelle from Greedy Gourmet is sharing her healthy suggestion, Rainbow Quinoa Salad. This is also ideal for those following a vegan diet.
