Cauldron Terms and Conditions


  1. The Promoter is Finn Communications Ltd, 14 Foundry Street, Leeds, LS11 5QP (“the Promoter”). The promoter is responsible for fulfilling prizes, which will be delivered to the winning entrant within 28 days of the winner being notified.
  2. The Promotion is a competition and is open to all UK residents, aged 18 or over. Employees of Finn Communications, and its associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
  3. Strictly one entry per person. Entrants with multiple entries, and automated entries will be disqualified.
  4. No purchase necessary.
  5. To take part in this competition, you need to create and publish an original street food recipe, as described on the competition page.
  6. Late entries, entries missing required information, illegible entries or entries which don’t comply with these rules will be disqualified.
  7. The closing date is 5PM (GMT) on 1 August 2014. Winners will be selected by an independent judge, based on inspiration, creativity and quality.
  8. Prize Winners will be notified within 14 days of the closing date by email.
  9. If the Prize Winners cannot be traced after reasonable efforts have been made by the Promoter, those Winners will forego the right to claim the Prize and the Promoter will arrange for a replacement winning entry to be selected.
  10. The Prize is a £200 voucher for Love2Shop. Ten entrants will also be invited to submit their recipes to an online e-book of street food recipes, published by Cauldron.
  11. The Prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
  12. Personal travel insurance is not included in the Prize, but is an essential requirement of booking – see booking conditions.

  14. By entering this promotion, you confirm that your entry complies with all copyright requirements where relevant, and you own the rights to use any photos included in your entry
  15. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject any entry which is deemed to contain any objectionable or offensive content.
  16. All entrants including winners agree that their names and competition entries (photos) may be published on, the Foodies100 Facebook and Pinterest pages and on Cauldron’s Facebook and Twitter accounts at any time without notice, for the purposes of promoting this competition. Any image used will be acknowledged with a ‘source’ accreditation.
  17. Entry to this Promotion confirms that Participants have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  18. This Promotion is governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with it.

As you've likely heard and seen, there's an increasing focus on the authenticity of follower growth and engagement on social platforms across the Influencer Marketing community. The platforms themselves have taken measures to deter inauthentic activity and brands now more closely scrutinise the audiences of the influencers with whom they are partnering.

The Flea Network has implemented a system that will detect abnormal spikes in following and engagement, and flag these properties. Of course, such spikes can often be attributed to viral posts or high-profile brands that bring greater exposure to some content.

If one of your social accounts is flagged by our system without an obvious reason, we may reach out to you for assistance in understanding it. If we find any influencer has artificially inflated their audience size or engagement using paid acquisition or automated, third-party tools, we will remove them permanently from our influencer community.
