Intellisteam Compact Competition Terms and Conditions

The Morphy Richards Intellisteam Compact Competition is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents only, aged 21 and over, except employees of Morphy Richards (the Promoter), their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.

Entry is restricted to Foodies100 and Tots 100 registered bloggers.

Each entry must be original and previously unpublished.

Each participant can only enter once during the Promotion Period.

For purposes of this promotion, an entry is received when the blog post is created, includes the required link to http://www.morphyrichards.co.uk/ and the required image, and meets the criteria set forth in these Terms and Conditions. A link to the blog post must be left in the comments of the Foodies100 blog post announcing the promotion.

No purchase necessary. The competition will be open from 5:00pm (GMT) on Tuesday 29th January 2013 to 5:00pm on Friday 22nd February 2013 (the “Promotion Period”). Any entries outside of the Promotion Period will not be counted.

One overall competition winner will be chosen, who will win a Morphy Richards Intellisteam Compact     .

The prize winner will be selected by a panel of judges from Morphy Richards.

The decision of the Promoter in relation to the (Intellisteam Compact Competition) Promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

No information regarding entries or judging will be disclosed to any third party not involved in the conduct of the Promotion.

The prize is not transferable, re-saleable or exchangeable. There is no cash alternative.

The promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prize products subject to availability.

All prize winners will be contacted via email within 28 days of the closing date.

Winners must respond to notification of their prize within 48 hours otherwise the right to claim the prize will be lost and the promoter reserves the right to re-award the prize(s).

No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computers will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Any entries not in accordance with the entry instructions will be rejected. Any entries containing offensive or inappropriate content will be removed.

By entering participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoters reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.

The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion.

The Promoter can accept no responsibility for, and reserves the right to refuse, entries which are corrupt, incomplete or fail to arrive by the closing date.

These rules are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

As you've likely heard and seen, there's an increasing focus on the authenticity of follower growth and engagement on social platforms across the Influencer Marketing community. The platforms themselves have taken measures to deter inauthentic activity and brands now more closely scrutinise the audiences of the influencers with whom they are partnering.

The Flea Network has implemented a system that will detect abnormal spikes in following and engagement, and flag these properties. Of course, such spikes can often be attributed to viral posts or high-profile brands that bring greater exposure to some content.

If one of your social accounts is flagged by our system without an obvious reason, we may reach out to you for assistance in understanding it. If we find any influencer has artificially inflated their audience size or engagement using paid acquisition or automated, third-party tools, we will remove them permanently from our influencer community.
